DK30: What are one's needs as a person?

Whew, managed to make one on the first target date (1/25)! I have enormously underestimated how much time this would take haha. Instead of spending a few hours (2-3) I spent probably twice as much or more (6-ish). Since the content was dense, it took me about 20 minutes to consolidate, a few hours to make a rough draft, and another few hours to do the final draft.

​"What are one's needs as a person?" was one of the videos that permanently changed my everyday behavior for the better. So I thought I'd feature this one as a token of thanks :)
